What a build day looks like.
Materials land the day before or the morning of. Tarps and plywood protect beds, siding, and AC units. Tear-off goes to a trailer, not your lawn.
Deck inspection happens with the old roof off — soft or split decking gets replaced and photographed before anything covers it. Then ice-and-water shield at eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment, drip edge, new flashing and boots, shingles, ridge vent, ridge caps.
Cleanup is part of the job: full site sweep, magnetic roller for nails, and final photos of the finished system, top to bottom.
