These terms govern your use of the managed-website service. The one-time setup fee and monthly (or annual) care plan are described on the Pricing page.
During an active subscription the provider hosts and manages the website. On cancellation, future billing stops and the managed site is suspended after a defined grace period; your content is exported and your domain released.
Ownership of brand assets and content remains with the customer. Paid add-ons (larger builds, e-commerce, paid-ads pages, full redesigns, rush requests, and HTML5 animations / video) are quoted in writing before any work begins.
