Upfront pricing
No meter. No mystery. No "while we're in here."
Common jobs are flat-rate: the number is in front of you before work starts, and it doesn't change because a job ran long. All prices on this demo page are sample/illustrative.

How it works
The three rules.
1 · You approve before we start
The flat-rate number is shown and approved before the toolbox opens. Every time, including emergencies.
2 · Surprises stop the job
If opening something up reveals more, work pauses and you approve a new number first. The original price never silently grows.
3 · Options when they exist
Repair vs. replace, standard vs. premium, now vs. phased — priced separately so you choose with real numbers, not sales talk.
