How do I know if my roof has hail damage? +

From the ground, look for dented gutters and downspouts, granules collecting at the bottom of downspouts, and dark spots on shingles. Hail bruises are often invisible from the street, which is why a documented roof-level inspection matters after any storm with hail an inch or larger.

Is a roof inspection really free? +

Yes. We photograph and document the full roof system — shingles, flashing, vents, gutters — and walk you through what we found. If the roof is healthy, we tell you that. You get the documentation either way.

Will you work with my insurance company? +

We prepare the photo documentation, measurements, and line-item scope your insurer's adjuster needs, and we can be on site when the adjuster visits. Whether to file is always your decision — and we'll tell you honestly when damage isn't worth a claim.

How long does a roof replacement take? +

Most single-family replacements finish in one to two days once materials arrive. We protect landscaping and siding before tear-off and run a magnetic sweep for nails on every cleanup.

What are Class 4 impact-resistant shingles? +

Class 4 is the highest impact rating a shingle can earn under the UL 2218 test, which drops a two-inch steel ball on the shingle to simulate severe hail. On the Front Range, many insurers offer premium discounts for roofs that carry the rating — ask your agent what your policy offers.

Do you handle roof repairs, or only replacements? +

Both. Wind-lifted shingles, leaking flashing, and small punctures are often repairable. If a repair is the right call, that's what we recommend — replacement is only on the table when the roof's condition or a covered loss justifies it.

What happens after a big hailstorm hits my neighborhood? +

Storm-chasing crews arrive fast and leave faster. Get the damage documented by a local company, check timelines in your policy (many require claims within one year of the storm date), and don't sign anything on your doorstep before the inspection report exists.

Do you replace gutters too? +

Yes — gutters, downspouts, and drip edge are usually replaced with the roof when they've taken hail, so the whole water path is new at once.
