We route no-heat calls to the front of the line in cold weather. The visit price is quoted up front before anyone is dispatched — the same honest number, busy season or not.
How fast can you get here when the heat's out?+
No-heat calls are prioritized over routine work in winter, and plan members are routed first. Call and we'll give you a real window — not a vague promise.
Will you push me to replace instead of repair?+
No. We quote the repair first and only recommend replacement when the math favors it — and we put that reasoning in writing so the decision is yours.
